I am a trained Cacao Facilitator, carrying this ancient Earth medicine with love and care. Ceremonial Cacao is a sacred ritual that has been honoured for centuries as a way of connecting with the Earth, the heart, and the spirit. This medicine brings us into presence, guiding awareness into the body and softening the heart into openness. As we drink, we journey inward — into the womb space, the heart space, and the soul. Cacao is a gentle yet powerful guide. It can be used to support inner journeying, paired with drum therapy for deep visioning, or woven with crystals, sound, or Reiki for a layered and profound experience. Every cacao journey is unique and spoken to your needs in the moment — an offering of heart medicine, grounding, and remembrance. ✨ Cacao ceremonies may be booked as in journeys or woven into other healing practices. Please message me upon booking if you would like to combine cacao with drum, crystal, sound, or Reiki healing. ✨ Medical Wavier- Cacao • Contains theobromine (a mild stimulant) and a small amount of caffeine. If you are sensitive to stimulants, you may feel this more strongly. • Pregnancy & breastfeeding: small amounts are usually fine, but larger doses are not recommended. Please let me know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. • Certain medications: those taking SSRIs or other antidepressants may need to avoid or reduce cacao. • Digestive health: conditions such as IBS, GERD, or other sensitivities can sometimes react to cacao. • Heart or blood pressure concerns: cacao increases circulation and may not be suitable for everyone with heart conditions or high/low blood pressure. • If you have osteoporosis, only drink ceremonial cacao in ceremony — it may leach calcium from bones is consumed often. Sound, Reiki & Somatic Practices • Not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy. • Not suitable for individuals with epilepsy, seizures, labyrinthitis, Meniere’s disease, pacemakers, or metal implants. • Not suitable for those with hearing conditions such as tinnitus or sound hypersensitivity. • May not be suitable for individuals with a history of schizophrenia, severe emotional disorders, hallucinations, or psychosis within the past 2 years. • Please avoid recreational drugs for 72 hours and alcohol for 24 hours before the session (prescribed medication is fine).
