Reiki Blend- Somatic, Shamanic & sound. Sometimes when we book a session, we don’t know what we’re looking for- or our intention can change when we hit the session. These sessions weave Reiki with somatic awareness, shamanic practice, and sound. It’s an intuitive space guided by what you need in the moment — rooted in the Earth, sound, and the natural rhythms that hold us. This is not a set sequence or scripted journey. Each session unfolds from what’s present in you that day. Drawing on my lived experience and training — somatic practices, drum, voice, Reiki sound, and shamanic tools — we follow your body’s wisdom to release, realign, and restore balance. ⸻ Through this work, you may • Let go of old stories and energy held in the body • Reconnect to your body’s own wisdom and rhythm • Reclaim your power, voice, and sense of safety • Soothe your nervous system and find stillness inside • Process grief, anger, shame, or fear in a grounded, held space • Strengthen your connection to Spirit • Restore balance and flow to your system ⸻ What a Session May Include ✨ Reiki energy flowing through and around you ✨ Somatic presence and body-led awareness ✨ Breath awareness that grounds and opens ✨ Shamanic and Earth-based practices ✨ Vocal release and toning ✨ Drum, gong, crystal bowls, and tuning forks ✨ Elemental connection and grounding Together, we create a safe space to listen, release, and remember who you are beneath the noise. ⸻ Investment • 60 mins – £50 • 90 mins – £75 • Book a four month journey - Two 90 minute Sessions a month with weekly voice note check ins, free membership to what’s app group £555 (Message me to find out more or book) ⚠️ Important Notes: • A medical waiver is required before your first session • If you have experienced schizophrenia, hallucinations, or psychosis in the past year, please consult your doctor before booking • No alcohol 24 hrs before / No recreational drugs 72 hrs before (excluding prescribed medication) • Not suitable for the first trimester of pregnancy
