🌿 Mugwort Tea Ceremony & Women’s Circle 🌕 Monday 8th July 10am–11.30 pm at The Backhouse, Exmouth £15 low-income / £20 standard Come sit in sacred circle with me, sip warm mugwort tea, and drop into your inner landscape. Mugwort is an ancient plant known for her connection to dreams, the womb, and the wisdom of the crone. Used by midwives, herbalists, and wise women for centuries, she helps us soften, see clearly, and reconnect with the unseen. We’ll open the space gently with intention, breath, and a blessing. You’ll be guided through a tea ceremony, a somatic meditation and Shamanic Drum Journey to meet the spirit of Mugwort, and time for journaling and sharing (if it feels right for you). We’ll finish with oracle cards, more tea, and soft connection. This is a space to just be—to listen in, to feel held, and to remember the parts of yourself that have been waiting for you. Bring a journal, a mug, and something cosy. Open to all women Spaces are limited so we can keep it intimate. ⚕️ Mugwort Safety Information Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) has been traditionally used for its aromatic and medicinal properties.
