The Flow For so long, we’ve lived disconnected—from ourselves, from the natural rhythms and frequencies of life, and from one another. The Flow is a space to gather, reconnect, and return home to yourself through gentle somatic practices, guided meditation, intuitive energy healing, and holistic wellness. Each circle is intuitively held by Laura and may include a nurturing blend of Reiki, Pleiadian energy, sound healing, meditation and other holistic practices. Together, these create a safe and supportive space to release what no longer serves you, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. No two sessions are ever the same. Each unfolds intuitively, allowing you to receive exactly what you need in that moment, held within a welcoming and supportive community. We close each circle with a cup of tea, followed by Oracle cards and gentle conversation, giving you time to reflect, connect, and integrate your experience.
