Group Sound-Based Wellbeing Sessions

Gentle and engaging group sessions using rhythm, drumming, sound, and mindful listening to support emotional wellbeing, social connection, and shared moments of presence.

Sessions are accessible, calming, and inclusive, encouraging participation without pressure. Residents are invited to engage in ways that feel comfortable for them, whether through listening, movement, rhythm, touch, memory sharing, or quiet observation.

These sessions can be particularly supportive within dementia care, residential care, mental health recovery settings, and community wellbeing groups.

All sessions are trauma-aware, adaptable, and responsive to the needs of the group.

 

Reiki Care & Comfort Sessions

Gentle Reiki sessions offered within care homes, assisted living environments, hospice settings, and private care spaces.

These sessions focus on supporting emotional comfort, relaxation, and calm for individuals who may be experiencing stress, confusion, anxiety, fatigue, grief, overwhelm, or physical discomfort.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive wellbeing practice that can help create a sense of peace, reassurance, and emotional ease.

Sessions are always offered with compassion, dignity, consent, and respect for each individual’s comfort and boundaries.

Staff Wellbeing Support

Care work can be emotionally and physically demanding. Staff wellbeing sessions offer moments of grounding, restoration, and nervous system support for carers, support workers, and healthcare teams.

These sessions may include:

  • Relaxation practices

  • Reiki

  • Sound relaxation

  • Grounding techniques

  • Breath awareness

  • Stress reduction support

Supporting staff wellbeing can help encourage calm, resilience, emotional regulation, and a more supported care environment overall.

I have experience working across a range of care and wellbeing settings, including residential care, dementia support, community wellbeing spaces, and therapeutic environments.

My work is rooted in trauma-aware, person-centred practice, with a focus on dignity, emotional wellbeing, inclusion, and authentic human connection.

Through sound, rhythm, Reiki, and gentle somatic approaches, I create supportive spaces where people can feel calm, connected, seen, and emotionally held.

  • Surrounding South West areas

Travel outside these areas may be available upon request.
