My name is Laura, I am based in Exmouth a mother of two and a wife.  

 Over the past 7 years I have changed my life with alternative holistic approaches; my mind is clearer, my body lighter and my soul is awakened. My journey has involved meeting the darkness and the light within myself.

I have learnt to heal myself and my children, and now to share with others.  

I am a holy fire/Usui Reiki Master Practitioner, Reiki Drum Practitioner and Crystal Practitioner. 

I am registered with the UK Reiki Federation, DBS checked

I have a national Diploma in Care, Mindfulness Diploma & Crystal Healing CPD. 

I am currently training to become a Sacred Somatic Journey Practitioner
