Welcome to Nami Healing

Nami reflects the ebb and flow of life — the natural rhythm of rising and falling, just like the waves. It’s a reminder that every twist, turn, and challenge is part of our journey back home to ourselves.

I’m Laura, and my path has taken me through many layers of healing — for myself and for my family. Along the way, I’ve trained in practices that not only shape how I work, but also how I live each day. At the heart of everything I share is a deep connection to Reiki, energy, sound, Shamanic practices, and somatic awareness.

 

I am an Advanced Reiki Master Teacher, Sacred Somatic Journey Practitioner, Drum Therapist, and Sound Practitioner. I’m also a proud member of the UK Reiki Federation, insured with Balens, fully DBS checked, and hold a National Diploma in Care.

 

My approach is simple yet profound: when we return to the body, when we release and reconnect, we rediscover our true essence. Reiki — for me, the pure love of the universe — supports us in this process, helping us shed the layers we no longer need.

 

In today’s world, we carry so much — trauma, conditioning, expectations, and masks that dim our light. My work is about guiding you home: back into your body, back into presence, and back into connection. Through vibration, breath, and energy, you are invited to witness what is held within and how it flows with the greater rhythm of life, Earth, and the universe.

 

Together, we gently explore and release ancestral patterns, childhood wounds, and lifetimes of stored energy. I am here as your guide — holding safe, sacred space for you to breathe back into yourself and step fully into your light.

 

Whether through 1:1 sessions, circles, retreats or Reiki Teaching- each space is woven with love, intuition, and deep presence. In my work, every part of you is welcome — the light and the shadow, the softness and the strength.
