IN PERSON REIKI
Reiki is working with an individual body field to cleanse and restore balance.
I work with my guides and intuition for the highest good of each client and their needs.
Reiki has also been recorded to boost your mood; aid with fatigue, poor memory, insomnia and headaches, chronic pain, stress, anxiety and much more. The effects of Reiki can be very different for each person, some of my clients have experienced energy movement in/around their body, emotional releases and a sense of inner peace.
A one hour in person Reiki session starting from £40
DISTANCE REIKI
Everything in existence is a vibration; energy which flows through us and all things. This energy connects us. Reiki can also be given from a distance, through the principle that we are all one and everything is one with us.
Distance Reiki sessions are 30 minutes long,
The session isn’t over the ‘phone or zoom. We arrange a time that you are free to lie or sit and be open to receiving the energy. Energy is sent within an instant, Reiki energy is not restricted within the human creation of time and space. The love of the Reiki energy can be sent through space to a person within reach or to a person on the other side of the world, you just need to be open to it.
Sessions start at £20 for 30 minutes.
REIKI FOR CHILDREN
Reiki for children
Reiki can help children, some ways it can help us to build their confidence, promote relaxation, help with anxiety, stress, sleep and self awareness. Also Reiki can help with emotional issues, irritability, hyperactivity.
Reiki is a non-invasive practice that is safe for people of all ages. Each session will be child led; we will talk about what Reiki is, they can get on the bed for a mini adult session or reiki can be beamed while the child plays. Children are welcome to bring books or their iPad so the can watch things during a session.
It is important each child feels happy, safe and know that they are in control.
As each child and each session is different I offer flexible sessions where if after 30 minutes the child has had enough then we finish a session or we can carry on based on how the session is going.
Pricing’s scale: 30 minutes-£20, 45 minutes- £30, 1 Hour -£40
I am DBS checked, have a National Diploma in care and experience of working in care with children.
I am always happy to discuss a session with parents before and send more information about what is going to happen so that children feels comfortable and at ease for a session, please just pop me a message with any questions
When a child under 16 year old receives a reiki session a responsible adult needs to attend.

As part of our events/office service, we will set up a space of calm and offer 15/20/30 minute Reiki sessions for your clients or staff during your event. This will help them destress, reconnect and support their mental well-being.
Minimum 3 hours booking (can be less for Exmouth based, smaller companies).
