ABOUT ME

My Story

Hello,

My name is Laura, I am based in Exmouth a mother of two and a wife.  

My journey started in 2016, my children were sick and I began to explore alternative methods of how to heal them; and also myself.  I started exploring the benefits of a clean and healthy nourishing diet, which led me to consider how to nourish the spiritual body.  Through Reiki, drumming and somatic work I have reawakened my soul. I have been to many dark places but during dark times we learn to love the light and meet our true selves. For how can we appreciate the light without the dark?

I found myself on the journey of Reiki and what a journey it has been. I am now a Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master Practitioner, having completed my training at the Devon School of Reiki.  Lineage available upon request.  I am registered with the UK Reiki Federation and DBS checked. 

Since then I have completed my Diploma in mindfulness and Crystal Healing. 

Then I picked up the drum and a whole new world opened. I now offer Reiki Drum Healing, Affirmation Reiki drumming & Shamanic Reiki Drum Journeys 1:1 & circles.

My journey is not over as I continue to study and experience new wonders on this spiritual path; this year I will undertake my first course to train as a Somatic practitioner. 

My mission is to share the healing and love that I discovered for myself and my family, whilst I continue on this spiritual journey through life.

I will always be honest and true to myself and others.
