Hello, my name is Laura. I’m a mother of two and a wife, based in Exmouth.

My journey began in 2016 my children where riddled in eczema and allergies, prompting me to explore alternative healing methods for both them and myself. This path led me to discover the profound benefits of a nourishing diet, which in turn opened my eyes to the importance of spiritual nourishment.

As a child with additional needs, I faced significant challenges throughout my teenage years and into adulthood, grappling with OCD and depression. It often left me feeling lost and alone. However, this journey has guided me to confront my darkness and find healing. Now, I feel clearer, calmer, and more grounded. I’ve manifested a life filled with joy and love.

While we all face struggles, I can now finally embrace my authentic self, and it’s my passion to help others do the same.

Through Reiki, drumming, and somatic practices, I’ve reawakened my soul. My experiences in darker times have taught me to cherish the light, reminding me that we can’t truly appreciate the bright without understanding the dark.

Embarking on my Reiki journey has been transformative.

I am now a Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher.

My lineage is available upon request, and I am registered with the UK Reiki Federation and DBS checked.

Picking up the drum opened a whole new world for me, and I now offer Reiki Shamanic Drumming sessions.

In 2024, I became a Sacred Somatic Journey Practitioner, using sound, bodywork, and breath to help others reconnect with their bodies.

I also embraced the honour of becoming a Reiki Master Teacher, allowing me to guide others on their own Reiki journeys.

My mission is to share the healing and love I’ve discovered with my family and myself as I continue this spiritual journey through life. I strive to remain honest and true to myself and others, creating a safe space where everyone can be their authentic selves.
