🌿 Reiki Level 1 – A Grounded Beginning 🌿 This isn’t just a course — it’s a sacred step in remembering who you are. Reiki Level 1 can now be completed one-to-one or group over two days, at a time that best suits you. Please send me a message for more details and to arrange your sessions. ✨ You’ll receive: • A 1:1 Reiki attunement • Reiki exchange • Teachings on the history and foundations of Reiki • An understanding of the chakra system • Practices for self-healing and daily energy care • An introduction to working with others (friends & family only at this stage) • A Level 1 Reiki certificate and manual 🌱 You’ll also be held in: • A safe, loving space to begin or deepen your healing • Invitations to monthly Reiki shares to connect and grow • Continued support on your journey • A nourishing lunch on both days 💫 Energy exchange: £225 (payment plans available) Reiki has been life-changing for me — bringing clarity, healing, and a deep sense of purpose.
