Saturday 22nd November Time 3-4.30/5 Exmouth Join Laura from Nami and Selina from Wild Pottery for a relaxed and creative session combining cacao, sound, and pottery. Enjoy a heart-warming cup of ceremonial cacao ritual, sound journey, then make your own cacao mug – underglaze it and carve your own details before it’s fired and ready for you to keep (will be available before Christmas) £25 per person Includes your cacao serving and your handcrafted mug after firing. ✨ Private Christmas Parties Available ✨ Book a private Cacao, Sound Journey and Cacao Mug making experience for up to 6 people. Message to arrange your own festive gathering. Cacao • Contains theobromine (a mild stimulant) and a small amount of caffeine. If you are sensitive to stimulants, you may feel this more strongly. • Pregnancy & breastfeeding: small amounts are usually fine, but larger doses are not recommended. Please let me know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. • Certain medications: those taking SSRIs or other antidepressants may need to avoid or reduce cacao. • Digestive health: conditions such as IBS, GERD, or other sensitivities can sometimes react to cacao. • Heart or blood pressure concerns: cacao increases circulation and may not be suitable for everyone with heart conditions or high/low blood pressure. • If you have osteoporosis, only drink ceremonial cacao in ceremony — it may leach calcium from bones is consumed often. Sound, Reiki & Somatic Practices • Not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy. • Not suitable for individuals with epilepsy, seizures, labyrinthitis, Meniere’s disease, pacemakers, or metal implants. • Not suitable for those with hearing conditions such as tinnitus or sound hypersensitivity. • May not be suitable for individuals with a history of schizophrenia, severe emotional disorders, hallucinations, or psychosis within the past 2 years. • Please avoid recreational drugs for 72 hours and alcohol for 24 hours before the session (prescribed medication is fine).
