Energy & Wellbeing Circle This is a space to gather, reconnect and take some time for yourself through gentle Cerimonal Cacao (optional) somatic practices, guided meditation, energy healing and holistic wellbeing practices. Each circle is held by Laura and may include a nurturing blend of Reiki, Pleiadian energy, sound healing, shamanic drum journey, ceremonial cacao, meditation and other holistic practices. Each session is different, creating space for you to slow down, release what you no longer need, restore balance and reconnect with yourself. We close each circle is followed by Oracle cards and gentle conversation — giving you time to reflect, connect and simply be. No two circles are the same. Come as you are and take from the space whatever feels right for you.
