Sound Bath – Second Monday of the Month 1 hour 6.30-7.30pm £12 Herbal tea included Exmouth – Salterton Road A deeply relaxing sound journey to help you soften, let go, and be carried by the vibrations. The sounds work with the parasympathetic nervous system — the body’s rest, repair, and regulate centre — supporting the nervous system to slow down, unwind, and return to balance. Expect gentle waves of sound that help release tension, calm the mind, and invite the body into a state of safety and ease. Laura is a qualified Drum therapist, Reiki sound practitioner and Reiki Drum Practitioner- qualifier in Rhythm and Sound 0-99. Sound, Reiki & Somatic Practices • Not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy. • Not suitable for individuals with epilepsy, seizures, labyrinthitis, Meniere’s disease, pacemakers, or metal implants. Sound can effect the heart beat please let me know if you have a heart condition or heart disease • Not suitable for those with hearing conditions such as tinnitus or sound hypersensitivity. • May not be suitable for individuals with a history of schizophrenia, severe emotional disorders, hallucinations, or psychosis within the past 2 years. • Please avoid recreational drugs for 72 hours and alcohol for 24 hours before the session (prescribed medication is fine).
