Sound Bath – Second Monday of the Month 1 hour 6.30-7.30pm £12 Herbal tea included Exmouth – Salterton Road Maximum 5 people A deeply relaxing sound bath to help you soften, let go, and be carried by the vibrations. The sounds work with the parasympathetic nervous system — the body’s rest, repair, and regulate centre — supporting the nervous system to slow down, unwind, and return to balance. Expect gentle waves of sound that help release tension, calm the mind, and invite the body into a state of safety and ease.
