The Embodied heart Re-fuelling joy, wonder & love through the deep embrace of sound, sacred expression & cacao Join Laura & Zoë in the lush, green quietude of West Town Farm for a half-day of embodied heart re-connection for these times. * Sound bath & meditation * Ceremonial cacao & Somatic enquiry * Energy exploration & colourful, embodied expression (on giant paper!) * Beautiful surroundings, log burner, relaxed atmosphere & yummy snacks!
