Sound Bath & Ceremonial Cacao with Laura | Nami Healing St Thomas Hall 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM Join Laura from Nami Healing for a deeply restorative Heart-Opening Cacao & Harmonising Peace Sound Bath, created to gently support and regulate your nervous system. We begin with a grounding ceremonial cacao ritual — a sacred plant medicine traditionally used to open the heart, deepen connection, and anchor you into the present moment. As we drink cacao together, you’ll be guided through a gentle intention-setting practice, allowing the warmth of the medicine to soften your body and expand your heart space. From this grounded and connected place, you’ll be immersed in a layered sound journey of therapeutic frequencies, grounding rhythms, and soothing tones. This session works directly with the body’s stress response. The vibrations help guide you out of fight-or-flight and into a state of rest, repair, and safety. Sound has the power to slow brainwave activity, calm the heart rate, soften muscular tension, and create space for emotional release — allowing your system to reset and rebalance. This is an hour to be held — by cacao, by sound, and by a safe, nurturing space — so your body can remember what calm feels like. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else you need to feel warm and supported.
