Sound Journey & Energy Healing Circle- Honiton An evening of working with the nervous system through sound and energy healing, supporting regulation, deep relaxation, and creating space to reconnect with yourself and your higher power. Together we’ll journey with healing sound frequencies, shamanic drumming, channeled Reiki and Palladian energy, allowing you to simply rest, receive and be held in a gentle collective healing experience. First circle: Monday 7th September Ananda - Yoga and Wellness, 61 High street, Honiton First Monday of every month 1.5 hours £22 I’d love to welcome you.
