Sound Journey – Second Monday of the Month 6:30–7:30pm | £12 | Exmouth Allow your body to be guided on a unique journey through the many layers and dimensions of your being. A space to soften, to release, and to let go. The medicine of sound works deeply, moving through every cell, gently rippling through your entire system. Each journey is intuitively woven, blending training, presence, and deep listening to create a soundscape that supports your body in exactly what it needs. Using a blend of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, drums, and other sacred instruments, the vibrations work to shift energy and support the parasympathetic nervous system — the body’s rest, repair, and regulate state — helping you to slow down, unwind, and come back into balance. No two journeys are ever the same. You are invited to simply lie back, receive, and allow the vibrations to do their work. Laura is a qualified Drum therapist, Reiki sound practitioner and Reiki Drum Practitioner- qualifier in Rhythm and Sound 0-99. Sound, Reiki & Somatic Practices • Not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy. • Not suitable for individuals with epilepsy, seizures, labyrinthitis, Meniere’s disease, pacemakers, or metal implants. Sound can effect the heart beat please let me know if you have a heart condition or heart disease • Not suitable for those with hearing conditions such as tinnitus or sound hypersensitivity. • May not be suitable for individuals with a history of schizophrenia, severe emotional disorders, hallucinations, or psychosis within the past 2 years. • Please avoid recreational drugs for 72 hours and alcohol for 24 hours before the session (prescribed medication is fine).
