Service Description

A gentle, powerful space to come home to yourself and meet in community. Each Circle weaves together different elements—ritual, sound journeys, tribal drumming, shamanic ritual, Reiki energy, ceremonial cacao, and deep connection. Every gathering will be unique, so please check the specific Circle dates to see what’s included. Each Circle also includes a somatic drop-in, a sharing circle, teas, and a guided meditation. Friday Morning Circles – 10:00 AM • 9th January — Ritual & Sound Journey • 6th February — Cacao & Tribal Drumming • 6th March — Sound Journey & Group Drum Ritual • 3rd April — Sound Journey & Cacao • 8th May — Sound Journey & Ritual • 5th June — Cacao & Tribal Drumming • 3rd July — Sound Journey & Ritual Important Health Information – Please Read Before Attending £18 2hrs Please take a moment to read through the following and check in with your body and your healthcare provider if needed. 🌿 Ceremonial Cacao – Safety Guide • Stimulates heart & circulation; excess will strain. • Boosts mood chemicals; overuse will cause imbalance. • Heavy on liver; overuse will cause strain or damage. • Opens heart energetically; frequent use will leave you overly sensitive. • Contains oxalates; will reduce calcium absorption. • Frequent use will weaken bones, especially dangerous in low-density or low-calcium individuals. • Headaches, digestive upset, dehydration, liver strain, hormonal disruption, bone impact. • Men may experience erectile dysfunction. Contraindications • Medications (MAOIs, SSRIs) – start small and monitor. • Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or trying for a baby – not safe. • Caffeine sensitivity – will increase heart rate/energy. • Osteoporosis – only in ceremony; excess will leach calcium. • Serious vascular disease, migraines, liver diseaseor other major health concerns – avoid. Sound, Reiki & Somatic Practices • Not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy. • Not suitable for individuals with epilepsy, seizures, labyrinthitis, Meniere’s disease, pacemakers, or metal implants. • Not suitable for those with hearing conditions such as tinnitus or sound hypersensitivity. • May not be suitable for individuals with a history of schizophrenia, severe emotional disorders, hallucinations, or psychosis within the past 2 years. • Please avoid recreational drugs for 72 hours and alcohol for 24 hours before the session (prescribed medication is fine).
