Join us for the very first Women’s Lodge gathering Held in the beautiful Rosehip Barn, Launceston 30th May | 10am – 4pm This day is an invitation to gently return to yourself… to explore self-trust, and to begin reclaiming it from within, held in a space of safety, sisterhood, and deep nourishment. Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through a variety of powerful and heart-led practices: • EFT with Prue Yeoman • Somatic Movement with Lizzy from Bedderwellness • Intuitive Art & Meditation with Maggie Goleniak • Yoga & Meditation with Mel from Believe in life change • Nourishing Seasonal food by Syreeta dellipiani • Opening & Closing Ceremony with Laura from Nami We will be sharing beautifully home-made vegan food and nourishing snacks to support you throughout the day. Exchange: £100 – Supported Ticket (Limited) £120 – Standard Ticket £140 – Support a Sister Ticket (helps another woman attend at a reduced rate) Spaces are limited, and this first gathering already feels very special.
