Welcome, Nami is the rise and fall — the natural rhythm that always brings us back home to ourselves. I’m Laura. Everything I offer comes from my history in Care or my own healing, my own undoing, and the practices that helped me find my way: Reiki, sound, Shamanic Practices, somatic work, and Drum Therapy. I trained in care over 20 years ago, later incorporating my love of caring for others with my theatre degree where I completed my dissertation in Theatre in Care. I have worked as a teaching assistant, support worker and now bring welling being in to care homes and the community mixing the two things I love. I’m a Reiki Master Teacher, Sacred Somatic Journey Practitioner, Drum Therapist, Crystal Healer and Reiki Sound Practitioner — fully insured, DBS checked, and part of the UK Reiki Federation. My work isn’t about perfection. It’s about coming back into your body — slowly, gently, honestly — and remembering who you are underneath all the noise. In a world that asks us to keep pushing, performing, and pretending, I hold a space where you can soften. A space where you can breathe again. A space where your whole self — the messy bits, the tender bits, the powerful bits — is welcome. Together, we explore what’s been held in your body: the old stories, inner child healing, Time line healing, the ancestral patterns, the emotions you’ve tucked away to survive. I work with adults, children, dementia patients, and the neurodiverse community (as a neurodiverse woman myself).
How I Work
I don’t offer a list of sessions.
I offer one main healing session that meets you exactly where you are — no pressure, no expectations, no forcing.
We listen.
We follow your body.
We let the work unfold in its own time.

Circles & Community Gatherings
Spaces to be seen, witnessed, held, and celebrated. We weave ritual, Ceremonial Cacao, sharing, somatic work, sound, and the magic of sitting in community. I work in all female groups, mixed groups, in Care Homes and with children.
