Sometimes when we book a session, we don’t fully know what we’re looking for — and often, our intention shifts the moment we arrive. My work is not a set sequence or a scripted journey. Each session unfolds from what is present in you that day. Drawing on my lived experience and training — Reiki, somatic practices, Reiki Drumming / Drum Therapy, voice work, Reiki sound, shamanic tools, and energy healing — we follow your body’s wisdom to release, realign, and restore balance. If you come in wanting just Reiki, we stay with Reiki. If you feel called to sound, crystals, or drumming, we follow that. Important Notes • A medical waiver is required Please note Reiki is fine with all of these apart from 1st trimester. Sound, Reiki & Somatic Practices • Not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy. • Not suitable for individuals with epilepsy, seizures, labyrinthitis, Meniere’s disease, pacemakers, or metal implants. • Not suitable for those with hearing conditions such as tinnitus or sound hypersensitivity. • May not be suitable for individuals with a history of schizophrenia, severe emotional disorders, hallucinations, or psychosis within the past 2 years. • Please avoid recreational drugs for 72 hours and alcohol for 24 hours before the
