Nami is the rise and fall — the natural rhythm that brings us back home to ourselves.

I’m Laura, a Reiki Master Teacher and Sacred Somatic Journey Practitioner with a background in care and a BA (Hons) in Theatre and Performance.

My work blends Reiki, sound, shamanic practices, somatic awareness, and drum therapy to support gentle release and reconnection.

I work with adults, children, dementia patients, and neurodiverse individuals. I am fully insured, DBS checked, and a member of the UK Reiki Federation.

This isn’t about fixing you — it’s about space to soften, breathe, and come home to yourself.

Sessions
•Intuitive 1:1 sessions may include Reiki, sound healing, somatic awareness, breathwork, drum journeying, drum massage and therapy, and crystal healing.
