I’m Laura, a Reiki Master Teacher and Sacred Somatic Journey Practitioner based in Exmouth, Devon.

I offer trauma-informed somatic healing, Reiki, sound therapy, Reiki drumming, and energetic bodywork to support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and deep reconnection to self.

My work supports adults, children, neurodiverse individuals, care home residents, and community groups across Exmouth, Exeter, and the wider Devon area — both in-person and online through distance healing.

My work is gentle, intuitive, and trauma-informed.

I do not believe healing is about forcing change.

I believe healing happens when the body feels safe enough to soften.

Together we slow down, listen to the body, and allow the nervous system to guide the process.
