Welcome to Nami

Nami is the rise and fall — the natural rhythm that always brings us back home to ourselves.

I’m Laura, a Reiki Master Teacher and Sacred Somatic Journey Practitioner. I trained in care over 20 years ago and later completed my BA (Hons) in Theatre and Performance.

Over the years I’ve worked as a teaching assistant, support worker, and theatre producer, and now bring wellbeing practices into care homes and the community, combining the two things I love most — care and creative healing.

My work blends Reiki, sound healing, shamanic practices, somatic awareness, and drum therapy to help you gently reconnect with your body, release what’s been held, and return to your natural rhythm.

I hold spaces for adults, children, dementia patients, and the neurodiverse community (as a neurodiverse woman myself). I am fully insured, DBS checked, and a member of the UK Reiki Federation.

This work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about giving you space to soften, breathe, and come home to yourself.

Healing Sessions

I offer one core healing session that meets you exactly where you are.

Each session is intuitive and may include:

• Reiki/ Energy healing
• Sound healing (tuning forks, bowls, drum, gong)
• Somatic awareness
• Breathwork or meditation
• Shamanic drum journeying/ Drum Therapy 
• Crystal healing

• Shamanic infused techniques 

If you simply want Reiki, we stay there.
If something deeper calls, we follow it.
