Welcome, my name is Laura.

Over the past 8 years, I have transformed my life through alternative holistic approaches—my mind is clearer, my body feels lighter, and my soul has awakened. I am a registered Reiki Master Teacher and Somatic Journey practitioner, holding a National Diploma in Care, a Mindfulness Diploma, and am a  Crystal Healer.

I use movement and sound techniques to release trauma and facilitate deep healing. As an intuitive healer, each session is guided by intuition and tailored to your unique needs, blending modalities such as sound, crystals, breath, and movement.

Depending on what resonates with you in the moment, I draw upon the skills I’ve cultivated over the years. I work with the power of sacred rituals and elemental forces to align with the universe and foster creative healing.

I see myself as a guide, not a teacher, because I believe that we are our own healers. In my studio, workshops, training and retreats, I hold space for an authentic, inclusive healing experience. Remember, healing is not a linear journey—we are all on the path, flowing with the

ever-changing energies of the universe.
