Service Description

These sessions are a unique and deeply personal experience, intuitively guided by your energy and what you need in the moment. Working with Reiki as the foundation, I channel universal life force energy to clear blockages, balance your chakras, and restore harmony within your body, mind, and spirit. Depending on what arises, I may also incorporate: • Tuning Forks – Using specific frequencies to release energetic imprints, balance chakras, and support emotional healing. (Coming Soon) • Crystal Healing – Placing crystals on or around the body to amplify the Reiki energy and work with your natural vibration. • Somatic Movement & Breath – Helping to release stored tension and bring awareness to areas that need support. • Reiki Shamanic Drumming- To release blockages, subconscious reprogramming and trance journeys. • Sound Healing – Chanting & bells to shift stagnant energy and deepen your connection to self. (Vocal toning coming soon) • Shadow Work – Gently exploring and integrating parts of yourself that may need love and acknowledgment such as inner child. • Guided Visualizations & Affirmations – Supporting your healing journey through inner exploration and positive reprogramming. Each session is entirely intuitive and fluid, shaped by your energy and what is present for you in the moment.
