Somatic Reiki Somatic Reiki blends traditional Reiki energy healing with somatic awareness, conscious breath and primal sound. This work is intuitive, raw, and deeply personal — a path to reconnect with the parts of you that have been silenced, frozen, or forgotten. Reiki & somatic work can support: • Releasing stored trauma or emotional blocks • Calming the nervous system and reducing anxiety • Reclaiming your voice and sense of personal power • Processing grief, anger, or shame safely in the body • Deepening your connection to self and Spirit • Healing ancestral patterns and energetic imprints • Feeling grounded and embodied after dissociation • Awakening creativity, clarity, and spiritual insight Sessions may include: ✨ Reiki energy healing ✨ Somatic presence & guided body inquiry ✨ Conscious breath ✨ Primal vocal sound & vocal release ✨ Guided meditation & visualisation ✨ Sound healing tools — gong, drum, tuning forks, bowls You are your own healer.
